Partisans rules

Partisans is played on a 10×10 board with this setups:

There are two types of units in Partisans:

  • A can move and shoot out a of the same colour.
  • A will never move

On their turn a player will do two things in order:

  1. First they one of their orthodiagonally across any number of empty squares or pieces of the same colour
  2. Now the moved will a of the same colour across any number of empty squares or pieces of the same colour

On the very first turn of the game Player 1 will only and not .

If your opponent is unable to and in her turn, you win!

The main difference between these rules and Amazons is the ability to and past units of the same colour.

This seemingly innocent change makes for a very different game!
